Net Zero Residence, Smithers BC

When completed, this residence will be one of the few projects in British Columbia that will be a Net Zero home and LEED Homes Certified. The project is aiming for LEED Platinum.

Super insulating building envelope: Staggered stud 10" wide wall cavity filled with mineral wool insulation and wrapped with 2" rigid insulation (shown below) to eliminate thermal bridging.
